During this orientation, you will get a chance to meet other campers, visit with camp counselors, and learn more about travel, our week of learning together, and what to expect at Co-LED Camp: Lead. Getting to CampArrival & Departure
ARRIVAL
Please arrive to Westerbeke Ranch between 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM on Monday, August 24.
On-site registration will take place in front of Casa Grande (dining hall).
Cabins will be available starting at 4:00 PM
Evening agenda*: Registration closes at 6:00 PM, with the opening meal beginning at 6:30 PM, followed by a warm welcome at 7:30 PM.

DEPARTURE
Plan to depart from Westerbeke Ranch between 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM on Friday, August 28.
Please vacate your room by 10:00 AM for housekeeping, though we'll have access to the rest of the ranch until 3:00 PM.
Morning/Afternoon agenda: We'll close the week with breakfast, then our closing session (the Good Goodbye), ending at 12:30 PM with lunch to follow.
Plan return travel to stay through the closing session; if needed, you may leave during lunch.
Getting to CampCo-LED Camp will be on the ancestral lands of the Miwok and Southern Pomo tribes of the Federated Indians of Graton Rancheria. This week-long residential retreat is hosted at Westerbeke Ranch, 2300 Grove St, Sonoma, CA 95476.

Where is Co-LED Camp?
Please plan for both flight and ground transportation to and from Westerbeke Ranch. We recommend coordinating car rentals, cab, and ride-share travel with your team or other attendees when possible to reduce cost and ease arrival.
There are three airport options:

What to BringPacking List
Co-LED Camp takes place in Sonoma Valley in late August. Please check the weather before you travel - days are warm and evenings are cool. Pack comfortably for indoor learning sessions, outdoor trails, pool time, and rest.
Keep in mind - lodging, bathroom, and shower facilities are shared. Bring what helps you feel comfortable, present, and able to get through the week with ease.

On the GroundsLodging & Shared Space
Phone & Wi-Fi: The ranch is somewhat remote, but most carriers have strong-to-moderate signal most of the time. Wi-Fi is available with a password.
The grounds include spaces for reflection, walking trails, a labyrinth, a central pool, and a garden. Meals are shared, seasonal, and locally sourced from the valley and the Westerbeke Ranch garden. The gathering space is near the central outdoor pool and shade trees for indoor/outdoor access.

Lodging accommodation is for the nights of August 24th, 25th, 26th, and 27th, with checkout on August 28th.
Lodging is lovely rustic cabins with shared accommodations for connection with one another and with nature.
We will have access to the Blue, Yellow, and Red Cabins
Shared rooms may include 1–3 roommates, unless a solo room was purchased. Matches to roommates who are *not* part of your co-leadership team (this is by design).
Limited ADA-accommodation lodging may be available upon request and should be confirmed in advance.
Cabin assignments will be handed out during registration
Cabins have in-room fans but are not air-conditioned

All meals will be shared and served buffet or family style. There will be scheduled meal and snack times throughout the day.
Meals are prepared by Westerbeke Ranch chefs. Westerbeke will work to the best of their ability to accommodate requests.
Please list on your registration any dietary restrictions, food allergies, or sensitivities we should know for planning.
Westerbeke Ranch has a small store in the office with sundry items, snacks, and gifts. The Cantina is stocked with sodas, mineral waters, beer, and wine. The Ranch Store and Cantina operate on the honor system. If you make purchases, start a tab, track your purchases, and settle your charges at the office on the final day.

During breaks and free time, you are welcome to explore the grounds, rest, swim, walk, read, or spend time outside. Please move through the space with care for yourself, the group, and the land.
Casa Grande: Dining hall and all shared meals. The registration desk will be in front of Casa Grande; please check in here when you arrive.
Casa Nueva: Main meeting space / Breakout Space 1.
Roundhouse: Breakout Space 2.
Pool + Hot Tub: Open daily from 6:00 AM - 11:00 PM. No lifeguard is on duty.
No glass containers, alcohol, or food near the pool or hot tub
Bring a swimsuit for pool and hot tub time during free time.
Outdoor Spaces: Garden, labyrinth walking path, reflection trails, and places to pause. During free time, you are welcome to walk, read, journal, rest, or spend time outside.
Ranch Store + Cantina: Personal purchases are available on the grounds and operate on the honor system.
Ranch Store: Located in the office, Casa Nueva, with sundry items, snacks, and gifts.
Cantina: Located in the Adobe and stocked with sodas, mineral waters, beer, and wine.
Payment: Start a tab, track your purchases, and settle your charges at the office on your last day.
